The object of research is the process obtaining silicon nanomaterials for lithium-ion batteries energy storage devices, and subject technology gas-phase plasma-chemical synthesis production Si-nanoparticles. In course study, numerical simulation methods were used, which made it possible to determine parameters temperature fields, velocities concentrations. To study processes nanopowders, a plasma reactor with an electric arc torch linear scheme using argon-hydrogen mixture as plasma-forming gas was developed. analyze influence external magnetic field on control jet parameters, series experiments carried out laboratory facilities power 30 150 kW. formation evaporation gas-powder flow in studied by determining configuration, geometric dimensions, structure initial section jet. this case, dispersed material – powder fed nozzle according radial scheme.
